Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Knock Knock Tech Ltd (DIFC commercial licence CL8426), Level 3, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"), for your use of Resumia. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.

Your content

You own what you add and what you create with Resumia. You give us permission to store and process it, including through our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for making sure your resumes are truthful.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions are drafts. They can be inaccurate, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or that any applicant tracking system will read your resume in a certain way. Review every change before you use it.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, misuse other people's data, try to get around plan limits, or attack, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Plans and payment

Free has limited AI reviews. Pro costs $19 per month, plus any tax shown at checkout, and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, and Polar's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days before they apply to you.

You can cancel any time in Account → Manage billing, without contacting us. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, your documents, manual editing and PDF export stay available; Pro-only features close. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Account settings once any active subscription has ended. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Liability

We provide Resumia "as is" and work to keep it available, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Please write to support@resumia.io first; most issues can be solved quickly.

We will post updates here and email you about material changes before they take effect.
